The Callous Daoboys recently performed on Audiotree Live, and the session bursts with undeniable, life-affirming glee. Watch below.
The Daoboys are Carson Pace (Vocals), Madeline Caffrey (Guitars), Daniel Hodsdon (Guitars), Jackie Buckalew (Bass), Amber Christman (Violins/Synths), and Matthew “Marty” Hague (Drums).
Their latest release, God Smiles Upon the Callous Daoboys , was named one of the Top 30 albums of 2023 by Revolver, while Brooklyn Vegan wrote, "Three-song EPs can sometimes seem like something minor on paper, but not many three-song EPs cover as much ground as God Smiles Upon The Callous Daoboys. “Pushing the Pink Envelope” goes from mathcore chaos to jazz fusion to deathcore breakdowns to industrial dancefloor jams to catchy emo-pop to hell and back… and that’s just the first song.”
